Maria's Roast & Bean Coach is an AI coffee-roasting assistant operated by Reality Marketing for Sweet Maria's. This page explains, in plain language, what information the service collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Chat messages you send to the coach, and the responses it gives.
Name and email address — only if you choose to share them (for example, to be contacted).
Voice audio — if you use the voice feature, your audio is processed transiently through Google's speech services for transcription and speech synthesis. We do not keep recordings of your voice.
Usage analytics — basic technical information such as session activity and response timing, used to keep the service running well.

Why we collect it

To answer your questions about green coffee, roasting equipment, recipes, and technique.
To improve the coach's answers and fix problems.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Deletion and contact

To ask about your data or request deletion of anything you've shared, email support@realitymarketing.ai.
